                                    ERUDITE (Adj.)



                        2) Relating to a style of writing that shows a high level of scholarly or profound knowledge.
Mnemonic trick- The word erudite sounds like ‘every height’. We are living in a world of knowledge, if we have great knowledge, we can reach up to every height. Therefore, erudite means having or showing knowledge that is learned by studying.

Synonym- EDUCATED, KNOWLEDGEABLE

Uses-
  •         Our professor delivered an erudite lecture on the latest discoveries in astronomy.
  •          After engineering from a prestigious college, Pooja had erudite knowledge which was very substantial and comprehensive.
