ERUDITE

Meaning- 1) descriptive of
someone who has great knowledge that has been gained from study and reading.
2) Relating to a style of
writing that shows a high level of scholarly or profound knowledge.
Mnemonic trick- The word erudite sounds like
‘every height’. We are living in a world of knowledge, if we have great
knowledge, we can reach up to every height. Therefore, erudite means having or
showing knowledge that is learned by studying.
